Hi, birchtree
1.

Na-remedy a bit by the plants and possible design ng driveway but bitin pa rin for my taste. Most likely nga bedroom ang nasa taas ng garage which is also bad indeed dahil walang laman ang ilalim. Parang floating or something which means unstable ang chi na ma-absorb when one sleeps in that room. I'd probably sell that to a worthless politician though.
2.

Tama na yun tree blocks the door but sa design unfinished pa so the remedy would be to design a path which will lead around that tree. Sometimes, its good to have a tree there IF the place has really bad chi. May nahawakan na ako na ganito wherein may tree sa harap BUT dahil may mga plants sa path that leads to the door ay it helps channel the chi to the house. Mas maganda pa nga buhay nila sa bahay na yun then than on their super dream home.

The roof design is medyo okay but not pasado. The reason for this ay dapat mataas indeed just one part and hindi uso ang attic sa feng shui - bawal ang bodega type of a room sa taas ng bahay as it stagnates the chi coming from heaven. Yun magkatapat na windows is sometimes good and sometimes bad rin. Depende sa karma ng may-ari kasi. Generally, hindi nga pwede kasi lalaki yun window kaysa sa door which is bad. Now, kung may good divider separating the two ay maaring makatulong. Basically yun divider ay feature outside which clearly divides the top from the bottom.
Still, this is one house na mahirap i-troubleshoot kapag may serious problem lumabas sa chart ng may-ari.
4.

Another modern design and tama ka on that protruding part. Hindi ko rin type na may part ng balcony over the entrance. Two paths leading in? Means mabilis makapasok ang bad chi and mabilis rin makalabas ang good chi. The plants na patulis in this pix ay helpful dahil it kills the bad chi na papasok sa main door due to the straight path. Yun nga lang it also kills the good chi. Think of it as chemotherapy equivalent. Theme nito malamang vertical and horizontal shapes but too weirdly modernistic. It means unstable ang chi nito. One moment maaring super swerte and the next mawala agad. Most of these "modern" designs do away with tradition kasi kaya radical rin ang fortunes na aanihin mo with such for a home.
5.

Yup, tapatan ang main door at main gate but it has been remedied by the elevated path and plants. Still weak though na solution but forgivable with the constraints of modern design. This is where remedies INSIDE the home will play a major part in harmonizing the chi.
Bad indeed if there's a bedroom above the garage. Its been sectioned off which gives it an overall weird shape. I like the SUV though

6.

Yun sobrang pagka-triangle ng roof is pasado pa rin. Mahirap nga lang kung Water element ang may-ari nito as that kind of shape represents Fire. Masama rin kung may butas indeed yun roof as that means bitin ang protection. Such designs hindi bagay sa bahay or even sa church. Pwede sa mga like malls. You often such such sa mga new SM malls. Hindi naman kasi tinitirhan ng tao yun.
Tama ka yun weird design na window is not good. Okay yun bilog but yun triangular na dating isn't that good yun nga lang na-remedy a bit by cutting it up into mostly rectangular shape. Note mo nga lang yun background. Masyadong open ang paligid which means open ito to all kinds of chi from all directions. Hindi bagay ito maging regular home. Considering Fire element ang design with Wood around it ay maganda ito for brainstorming ideas like seminars or maging honeymoon place BUT hindi pwede for someone meditating or recuperating from sickness or maging normal home.
7.

Note mo yun mga old homes natin even some Chinese, Korean and Japanese homes. Hindi ba may space between the ground itself and yun flooring? This is to circulate the chi. Hindi natin alam why but indeed having a garage under where the stairs is ay major bad. Roof design is okay dahil one part lang mataas and sloping na yun kabila. Tinting the windows may help but still hindi pa rin that super suited o papasa sa feng shui. Mas trip ko pa rin yun traditional windows ng old houses natin like those in Vigan. My mother-in-law's ancestral home is like that napabayaan lang

8.

Steps end in BAD. Straight path is indeed bad and makakatulong sana yun mga plants pero sa umpisa lang kasi mayroon. Dapat until the main door or sa main door mismo may potted plants sa magkabilang tabi niya - well, meron but a bit bitin considering there's a big window above the door. Lulusot doon yun ibang chi going in and out.
May protrusion yun design from what the roof design shows. It may be dahil kailangan yun design sa harap to break strong winds. Malamang bitin pa itong pix or maybe parang blinds yun na de-pindot at mabubuo enough to break incoming winds (have to research that pa). From the looks masyadong lubog yun main door which means malakas ang pasok talaga ng chi dito at kung hindi ma-filter ng plants at whatever remedy there may be sa entrance extremes ang fortunes and misfortunes ng mga nakatira dito.
