When I first join an MLM Company first thing
comes in my mind is must I do to become
succesful in this field.

To tell you frankly is not that easy as I thought
and sometimes try to figure out if I my decisions
is right or wrong.Meanig I already join the company
but the dis-belief attitude still lies on me.

Therefoe negative energy builds up and even
thingking of quitting.Instead of quitting I
dedicate my time in finding a solution for this.


As I scroll across the internet I found lots of
gold waiting to be dig up by me.I watch
testimonial videos,read blogs,and now even
participating in social forum.

Reading E-books get much of my attention,even if
before im not fond of reading books specialy if
the story is too long.One E-books really caught
my attention. The title itself is magnetic enough
to be read. I guess so. The book name is"The Greatest
Networker in the World".I download it for free and

Ok lets get back to the story. After reading this book
I become more relief and worry free, My dis-belief started
to subside and build up a more positive attitude in life.

"Helping people is our way of Life" This is the core value
of the mlm company I join and the name of the company itself
is Royale Business Club International. After reading that
book I am preety much educated on our core value now and
how important is It.

I came across in the page that explain sometihing like this
In order to be a succesful network marketer you should help
your downline first.Duplication did not come overnight but
if you will teach  your downline, educate them, and show them
the proper path.Then knowledge will be desseminate from your
downline to their downline.

Just like a chain reaction then sucess comes.Thats explains
to me well regarding our company core value " Helping people
is our way of life" Help first the person around you understand
how to be succesful in this kind of business and you yourself
will be benefited in the long run.

Sucess what Im talking here if you do that helping attitude
is a long term residual income. You can gain so many friends
by changing their life to a better one. On the other hand if
you thingking only is earning and you don't do this teaching
and helping attitude therefore dont expect spmething in return.

This attitude is a big No, No in this kind of business, yes
you will earn but until when? because your not building your
own empire at all.You get a sponsor only for you to earn
right away. But without helping them. I will bet on you

At some point in time they will start quitting.Because they
will feel like they were abandoned and neglected.Thats not
healthy enough if your vision in life is to be a sucessful.

Do you think by overcoming dis-belief can lead you to Sucess?
The best example of this premise is our very own Manny Pacquiao.
How can he be succesful in life right now.Not just in the boxing
industry. You see hime in different sports such as basketball,
dart and even billiard. He is also a showbiz personality now.
He has lots of commercial not just locally but Internationally.

The so called peoples champ was also included in the ranking as
one of the most influential person in the world. He build his
popularity and become very sucesssful in life.

So, how does overcoming dis-belief made pacman succesful?
Its simple he overcome the dis-belief of making it big in
the boxing industry. He believes in himself that he can achieve
that goal in life. Of course it startted from within.
That triggers him and motivates him that he can do it despite
of so many negative energy he will be facing.

Do you think where is manny pacquiao right now if he dont control
and overcome that dis-belief sometimes called fear in life?
Why it is so ipmportant to overcome that dis-belief first.Its
simple you will gain control of your life, you overcome fear,
you wil be more focus in achieving your goal cause your mind tell
you that you can do it.


Then whats next? After regaining your self control its time for
you to prepare your mind about your goals. It must be measurable
and quantifiable so that you can set time frame whan to achiev that.
Lets get back to Manny Pacquiao, Look at him whenever he has an
upcoming fight? Look how focus he is in his training.He work so hard
study his opponent and take it seriously.

Because his primary goal is to win the fight and lift up again the
pride of the filipino that we are truly world class.Not that all
he also opens the opportunity for other filipino boxers to make it
big on the boxing scene.

This kind of attitude can also be applied to Network Marketing
First overcome the dis-belief then focus yourself to makte it big.
Here are some of the dis-belief that need to overcome if you really
want to be sucessful in this industry.

1.Dis-belief in your own capability - When someone approach you and ask
       you to join him in an MLM Company.Your quick answer "is Im not
       interested because I cant do it".How come at that instant you easily
       know that you cant do it without even trying? Of-course not all
       is sucessful,but what if among the succesfull you are tend to be one.
       Everybody start from scratches even the most sucessful mlm'ers
       Your sucess is within your hand, it was you and only yourself can trigger
       that specialization. Company and uplines are there to assist, teach
       and guide you to become a better person.


2.Dis-belief that only pioneers become sucessful- This thingking is non-sense
        Even if you are a pioneer in such company but you haven't done nothing
        to duplicate your self you will still belong to the not that sucessful
        Because MLM is not all about being the first in the company.You must
        work for it in order to be in the top performers list.Top earners
        made it because they work hard and build their empire. Its not an
        overnight sucess,it takes time, effort and patience to reach the top.


3.Dis-belief that if you have no knowledge you cant make it - No one is born
        readily equipped with that knowledge? Even professional such as doctor
        engineers etc. They earn thru proper education. Therefore in MLM if
        you want to be sucessful you must strive hard to learn and improve the
        system.You can do it by attending company trainings, do research,
        participate in forumn and more.

4.Dis-belief that MLM is for rich only - Of course not, everybody can do it
        no matter what status in life you have. Of course there is what you
        called membership fee to start. MLM is business in putting up business

5 Main Reasons Network Marketers Fail

Human beings are complex creatures and so it is always a little risky to make
general statements. Over time, however, a pattern emerges and we can get a
very good idea why so many people start this business and then drop out.

1.  Mishandling of rejection from close family members and their warm
market.

When someone is first introduced to the concept of Network Marketing
they become very motivated—mainly by the income possibilities—to start
recruiting right away. Most companies will teach you to start with a list of
your warm market and work from there. Even though this is a logical route,
rejection from this group can be very discouraging and most people stop
there. This means that the majority of recruits will give up after speaking
with their spouses for example. 

Only lately has Network Marketing become recognized as a viable and
respected profession and many are still quick to cry, “Oh! You mean a
pyramid scheme”. This comes because of the negative press that many
famous companies have received and the general misunderstanding of
the public.

2.  False expectations for too early results with too little effort.

Depending on the way in which the business is presented, one can get the
impression that there is not much effort involved. I mean, just get two who
gets two and you can become rich. When early recruits realize that
considerable networking and marketing is involved in Network Marketing,
disappointment quickly sets in. There is work involved, and any business
that presents a plan to you and says that you don’t have to do anything is
peddling a lie. All successful network marketers worked for their success.

Many marketers do not factor into their planning the cost of advertising
their business. This cost can eat up a good chunk of your investment
especially when you are just launching. The idea here is that you have to
regard this as a normal business and not just a trial run venture. 

3.  Lack of focus.

Network marketers have gained a reputation of jumping around and
changing companies like they change clothing. At least this applies to
those who flirt with success but never reach it.

As I mentioned before, those who survive the early years normally go on
to do very well. However, there are many people who are looking for the
‘next big thing’ and keep jumping from opportunity to opportunity. This
normally describes the behavior of those in search of the ever evasive
‘ground-floor opportunity’. The rule of thumb here is that you should
establish yourself in one solid company before venturing off into other
companies. And if you do work more than one opportunity, make them
complementary to each other. A perfect example is working a leads
company which you’ll need anyway to feed your primary Network
Marketing company. In fact, if you find any tools that enhances your
business, why not purchase from a company that has a compensation
plan attached?

4.  Failure to work an easy to duplicate recruiting plan.

With the advent of the Internet and all the new communication means that
it affords, Network Marketing has come a long way from the home
meetings and house to house presentations. Doing these presentations
was very intimidating to many people and so the recruiting chain often
broke along the way. The key here is that if the recruiting machine does
not have a system that anyone can comfortably do, it will come to a
screeching halt. Good trainers know that a simple system must be in place
or the trainer’s efforts will not be properly duplicated. If the impression is
given that a recruit must be turned into an instant public speaker, giving
motivational speeches at the local Hilton, they can be easily scared off.

At the same time, you must take the time to learn the system and become
familiar enough with the products that you can tell a friend about its
benefit. As a user yourself, this should not be difficult. A caution here is to
work the system that has been field tested, rather than trying to invent

your own methods. This doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t be innovative,
but there is no use to reinvent the wheel either, so be teachable.

5.  Baby-sitting of down line members.

Teaching is surely a part of the game of building a strong team. Some
marketers make the mistake of doing too much for their down line
members thinking that if they didn’t their recruits will leave. This often
backfires, however, because the down line members become comfortable
and depend too heavily on their up line and never grow strong enough to
build their own teams. There is only so much you can do for someone and
no more. These spoiled over-dependent down line members can become
a liability instead of an asset to your team. So avoid the temptation to
micromanage your team; you’ll get burnt out. Teach your team members
to fish instead of fishing for them.
